Q: What if I refer a person this year, and you find a contract for them two or three years down the road, do I still get the bonus?
A: Yes, absolutely. Because of this, please keep your contact information up to date for Vencer Group's records.

Q: What if the person I am referring is already in the databank at Vencer Group and has been in touch with Vencer?
A: Unfortunitely,the bonus is rewarded for introducing Vencer Group to new professionals that we have not yet met. You can confirm this with the candidate you are referring before you make the referral.

Q: If the candidate I referred gets a contract, do I have a waiting period before receiving my referral payment?
A: There is no time delay or minimum length of contract: you get the payment as soon as the referred professional successfully starts his or her first contract.

Q: Do I get a referral fee for every additional contract the person I refer receives through Vencer Group?
A: No, the referral fee is only for the first contract. Extensions and additional contracts are not included.

Q: What is the best way to refer someone?
A: The best way is to call or send an e-mail to Vencer with the person's name and e-mail address or phone number, or to tell us to expect a call from one of your associates. We will put your name in their databank file as the person to credit for the referral.

Q: Does Vencer accept unsolicited resumes?
A: Absolutely, all of the resumes we receive are thoroughly screened. during our slection process the candidate may be pre-interviewed and screened through our internal interview process. If the qualifications are suitable, the particulars are entered into our database. When a position requires filling, we access our database and the candidates with the best skills to match the client's needs are brought forth (This occurs only after completing our internal interviewing and qualification process).
Q: How do I know what clients my resume is being sent to?
A: Your resume will not be sent to any client without your consent. You will be contacted for each submission to verify that your background meets the requirements for the position, that you are interested in the position and that you are available. We never submit a resume without the candidates' approval. Occasionally our clients make a "confidential request" to not disclose their name until an interview has been requested. You, in turn, may also specify particular companies to which you do not wish to have your resume sent.
