How quickly do you respond?

Do you charge for the first conversation?
Of course not. The first call is on us — it is a working conversation to understand your operation and see if there is fit. If we can help, we tell you how. If we cannot, we tell you that too, and point you somewhere better if we know of one. Nothing gets billed until scope is agreed and signed.
What if we are already with another IT provider?
That is one of our most common starting positions. We have a defined switch engagement that documents your current environment, identifies gaps, and moves you across in a controlled sequence — without breaking anything. Contract terms with your current provider are your call; we work around them and can help you assess exit clauses if useful.

Yes. We operate a sister entity providing APAC coverage, and we have delivered internationally to clients with multi-country footprints. Cross-border engagements are structured through the entity that fits the jurisdiction and the tax picture — that is a conversation, not a form field.
